The Product:
Zimmel Associates is a full service
commercial and industrial real estate brokerage firm. The
application that we designed helps in managing corporate real-estate
sales and lease of commercial space. It helps to maintain
records of real state deals (both lease and sales), receipts
schedules, amounts received, salesperson/broker commission
payments records. Invoices to tenants are printed periodically
and the sales commission to the appropriate salesperson is
calculated.
