The Solution:

ZTH Tech was involved in analysis, requirement gathering and specifications generation for an Internet Bill Presentment and Payment (IBPP) application. Our the team was given the task of analyzing the existing billing system data, document it then create the requirements and specifications for an IBPP application that will run on the existing data. The result of this project was a data model, various specifications documents and recommendation on which tool to use.
